To be the first broker agency to have an education system in helping the consumer and communities of California understand insurance. By implementing an organized system through a physical map guideline that every agent will have when explaining insurance to a client. Insurance Services VIA, will also be the first brokerage to have an organized system (claims assistant department – VIA Ticket Claim) to insure all claims are understood by the clients and are followed up until claims are closed. This department will insure clients understanding and satisfaction regarding any claims they make with their insurance carrier and will also enhance underwriting procedures.
